There is a bit of competition for buyers in the Irvine condo market . There are a couple of things you can do to set your condo above the rest and ensure a speedy sale. Above all, the price must be right. Look at the local market and surrounding neighborhood and price your condo off that. The more brokers you have, the exposure you will get so invite several brokers over for an open house.

For every potential buyer, create an individual "resource list." Families might be looking for nearby schools or day-care centers while empty nesters are attracted to fine dining or cultural activities. Major points of interest need to be bathrooms and the kitchen. Putting money towards enhancements here will pay off big time. My last piece of advice, offer incentives such as a few months free cable or grocery store gift card.
